What items are generally included in the physical examination for recruitment in public institutions, and what should I do?

1. Basic physical examination items: liver function, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, vision, hearing, blood pressure, B-ultrasound (liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidney), facial features and eight items. 2. Special post physical examination items: On the basis of basic physical examination items, units can selectively increase height, weight, physical fitness test, skin disease, allergy history, gynecology, blood sugar and other items according to the characteristics of the recruitment position. Article 1 Rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, Keshan disease and other organic heart diseases are unqualified. Those who do not require surgery or are cured by surgery for congenital heart disease are qualified. In case of any of the following conditions, the rational changes of heart disease shall be excluded and qualified: (1) There is a physiological murmur in the auscultation of the heart; (2) Occasional pre-contraction less than 6 times per minute (those with a history of myocarditis shall strictly control it); (3) Heart rate 50-60 times per minute or 100-110 times; (4) There are other abnormal conditions in the electrocardiogram. Article 2 Blood pressure is within the following range and qualified: Systolic pressure 90mmHg-140mmHg (12.00-18.66Kpa); Diastolic pressure 60mmHg-90mmHg (8.00-12.00Kpa). Article 3 Blood disease, unqualified. Simple iron deficiency anemia, hemoglobin higher than 90g/L in men and 80g/L in women, qualified. Article 4 Tuberculosis is unqualified. But the following conditions are qualified: (1) Primary pulmonary tuberculosis, secondary pulmonary tuberculosis, tuberculous pleurisy, those who are stable for 1 year after clinical cure without change; (2) Extra-pulmonary tuberculosis: renal tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis, peritoneal tuberculosis, lymphatic tuberculosis, etc., who have no recurrence for 2 years after clinical cure, and who have no change after examination by a specialized hospital. Article 5 Chronic bronchitis with obstructive emphysema, bronchiectasis, and bronchial asthma shall not be qualified. Article 6 Severe chronic stomach and intestinal diseases shall not be qualified. Gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer has healed, no history of bleeding within 1 year, and no symptoms for more than 1 year shall be qualified; those who have no serious complications after subtotal gastrectomy shall be qualified. Article 7 All kinds of acute and chronic hepatitis shall not be qualified. Hepatitis B pathogen carriers who have been ruled out by examination shall be qualified. Article 8 All kinds of malignant tumors and liver cirrhosis, unqualified. Article 9 Acute and chronic nephritis, chronic pyelonephritis, polycystic kidney disease, renal insufficiency, unqualified. Article 10 Diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus, acromegaly and other endocrine system diseases, unqualified. Those who have no symptoms and signs 1 year after the cure of hyperthyroidism, qualified. Article 11 Severe chronic osteomyelitis, unqualified. Article 12 Third-degree simple goiter, unqualified. Article 13 Gallstones or urinary system stones with obstruction, unqualified. Article 14 Lymphosis, syphilis, chancre, venereal lymphogranuloma, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes, AIDS, unqualified. Article 15 Corrected visual acuity in both eyes is lower than 0.8 (standard logarithmic visual acuity 4.9) or those with obvious visual impairment of the eye disease, unqualified. Article 16 Those who have hearing impairment in both ears and cannot hear within 3 meters of both ears while wearing hearing aids shall not be qualified. Article 17 Other serious diseases that are not included in the physical examination standards and affect the normal performance of duties shall not be qualified.
