Henry Ford was born on July 30, 1863 in Greenfield, Michigan. His father was an Irish immigrant, and Henry was the first of six brothers.

Henry taught himself to be a steam engine technician. In 1887, he joined the Detroit Edison Electric Light Company as a technician and later rose to chief engineer. He devoted himself to designing automobiles, and in 1896 he tried to make a two-cylinder cooled four-horsepower car. He resigned in 1898 and became the first car company, but only produced 25 cars before going bankrupt in 1900

He institutionalized sick leave and improved work-related medical care, and the Ford Motor Company was one of the first factories where you established technical schools to train specialized craftsmen and English schools for immigrants.

Finally, Henry Ford was the first person in the world to use the assembly line to mass-produce automobiles. And the assembly line model became the foundation of mass production in the twentieth century. On April 1, 1913, at the age of 50, Henry Ford was inspired by the aerial pulleys used to process steak at the Chicago Food Packaging Factory and formulated the principles of the assembly line: arrange workers and tools according to operating procedures; use work conveyor belts or other conveyors; use a sliding assembly line, and place the parts to be assembled at the most convenient distance.

The application of the assembly line model reduced the time for workers to think and stay unnecessarily, reduced the complexity of movements to a minimum, and increased the efficiency of workers by a factor of four, becoming the foundation of mass production in the twentieth century.
