5. Spray type: After filling a 100ml spray container with pure water, add 5 to 30 drops of essential oil and shake it evenly before use. When spraying directly on people, spray down from a 45-degree angle above, in sequence:

(2) Spray over the top of their heads, allowing the mist to slowly rise to their heads.

Massage absorption method

1. Body massage: 10ml base oil 5 drops of essential oil.

2. Face massage: 10ml base oil 2~ 3 drops of essential oil.

3. Pain relief massage: 10ml base oil 50 drops of essential oil, only do local massage for 3 days.

According to the application method

1. Cold compress: Use essential oil cold compress, which can soothe and relieve pain in injured muscles, muscles and bones. It is usually used in emergency situations, such as when just sprained or bruised, it is necessary to apply cold compress to slow down the inflammation and pain of the lightly affected area. The method of essential oil cold compress is to prepare a basin of cold water or ice water, drop the essential oil and soak it in a towel, then gently pick up the towel, absorb the essential oil floating on the surface, wring the towel semi-dry, and apply it to the injured area to relieve discomfort.

2. Hot compress: Hot compress with essential oil is to accelerate the absorption of essential oil ingredients into the skin and blood by heat, so that pain and stiff muscles and joints can be relieved. It is effective for deep cleansing, softening keratin, menstrual pain, neuralgia, rheumatoid arthritis, hangover, etc. Apply to the abdomen when menstrual pain, hangover on the front chest liver and back kidney parts, muscle soreness, arthritis, rheumatism, gout, in addition to hot compress, but also with hand and foot, whole body massage and essential oil bath or foot bath. The method of hot compress is the same as cold compress, but replace the water with hot water.

3. Apply: The application is mainly absorbed through the skin, so that the skin directly absorbs essential oils; apply pure oil and diluted massage oil. If there is an emergency, sometimes you can use pure essential oil, about 1 to 2 drops, and apply it directly to the place where needed. For example, you can apply 1 to 2 drops of lavender to small burns, or if you want to refresh your mind, apply 1 drop of peppermint essential oil on the back of the neck, etc. In addition, the more commonly used way is to dilute the essential oil with vegetable oil and fragrance-free emulsion, and apply it to the needs, such as the face, stomach, soles of the feet, etc.

Bathing method

1. Bath: This method can be used for physical conditioning, gynecological infection and staining problems, urinary system infections, elimination of fatigue, rheumatism and joint pain, fever, blood pressure problems, improvement of metabolism, weight loss, etc. The use of essential oil bathing is based on the principle of being lower than 37~ 39 degrees Celsius, and each soaking time is 15 minutes. Avoid splashing on the eyes when soaking. The use of essential oil bathing is mainly based on moderate water temperature, and the total number of drops is 6~ 8 drops.

2. Foot bath: For edema, colds, and cold feet caused by work fatigue, you can use 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to soak your feet to relieve symptoms. Since essential oils are concentrated in nature, the foot bath used is preferably made of stainless steel. If it is made of plastic, it is not ideal. Foot bath is the best time for foot pathological reflex massage. Just massage gently or add marbles and step on it lightly.

3. Butt bath: It is the best way to maintain physiological health. The prepared formula is rinsed with warm water, which can prevent many gynecological problems and diseases.

4. Shower: Pure plant essential oils can be used in Sanwarm or other shower methods. When taking a shower, scrub the whole body with 3 to 4 drops of essential oil mixed with body wash, breathe in the sweetest steam while taking a shower, and enjoy the refreshing fragrance to the fullest. 5. Rinse: Especially for many gynecological problems, add 2 drops of lemon essential oil in a douche with warm water.
