1. Under the standby page, click [Applications].

5. Enter your basic information (name, gender, birthday) and click [Next].

6. Enter your height and weight and click [Next].

8. Click [Start].

9. Click [Heart Rate].

10. After reading the instructions for use, click [Confirm].
